Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. After quitting her gymnastics career Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 years old. Her Pro Card was only awarded one year later, when she was 17 years of age. After only one year, she earned her Professional Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel was forced to take the time off from stage work when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish her college. When she completed her college degree Ariel came back in the year 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous contests including those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition in 2009, she continued competing for a number of years setting new goals. The year 2009 saw four more fitness titles have been added to her portfolio. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champions made her one of one of the youngest Fitness Professionals from IFBB in history. Ariel was on a break for a while following her professional card's issuance in order to earn her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred during Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified for the Fitness Olympia. Three months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she didn't have any goals. The athlete was satisfied by her performance. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows one-arm pull-downs using lats with a machine. as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the working sets. Ariel is also very efficient with her time. Ariel accomplishes this through supersettings for all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
